Project Brief
The goal of this project was to create a website to establish an online presence, raise ReliefNow’s brand recognition, and directly sell services to drive revenue.
Overview
A user-friendly, modern, and accessible website was created for potential patients of ReliefNow, a minimally invasive treatment available at the Vitruvia clinic in Miami for a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. In this project, I designed the website, visuals, and marketing materials and collaborated with engineers and a project manager.
Skills
- Branding
- Visual Design/UI
- User Research
- Prototyping
- Illustration
Challenge
- Short Time Frame: The project was fast-paced, leaving insufficient time for a systematic UX design process, such as creating detailed user journey maps, conducting user interviews, and developing personas and both low and high-fidelity prototypes. However, essential design processes, like simple journey maps, personas, and mockups, were completed within approximately two months (excluding development).
- Lack of Design Feedback: As the sole designer at the company, it was challenging not to receive feedback from other design professionals. I self-reflected on my designs and discussed them with colleagues (developers and project managers).
Results
- Reduced Bounce Rate: By analyzing the bounce rate, we noticed a 40% drop-off on the product landing page. To address this, we streamlined the content and improved the call-to-action button, resulting in a 25% reduction in the bounce rate.
- Increased Brand Awareness: Raised brand awareness by 11K in the US within four months.
- Active User Growth: Reached a total of 22K active users within four months.
- Event Count: Achieved 152K event counts in four months.
